Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice

The Appraiser Qualifications Board of  the Appraisal Foundation requires that USPAP courses be taught by an instructor certified by the Appraiser Qualifications Board.

This course is licensed by the Appraisal Foundation, and taught by an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor.

It's our intention to provide you with competent instruction that is interesting, enjoyable, and affordable.
