Challenging appraisal assignments need not be shunned by the residential appraiser. With proper training these assignments can be performed competently and with credible results.
The challenging appraisal requires analyzing and
interpreting market conditions as they relate to adjustments for
location, market conditions, physical characteristics and other relevant
factors. You will learn how to use modifications of existing techniques
and how to use sound judgment and logic in solving complex
appraisal problems.
