Richmond Class - February 16, 2012

External Influences on Property Value

Within the United States of America every parcel of land is subject to economic, social, and political forces which influence its value. Increasingly, the forces that impact local property values come from outside the borders of the nation. External influences can have profound affects on property value.

The course will explore the economic, social, and political forces that influence property value. Data collection and interpretation of its meaning based on the actions of marketplace participants will be covered.
