Appraising Stigmatized Property
Property that has been tainted by well publicized tragic events present a unique challenge to the professional appraiser. Other sources of property stigma include supernatural events and various health hazards. In this course you will learn the research and methodology techniques to solving these unique appraisal problems. Important USPAP considerations will also be addressed.
