Property Appraisal
The class will raise the level of awareness of the scope of work involved with assignments other than the everyday residential appraisal. It will equip you with the necessary skills to recognize and resolve the appraisal problem for unusual property assignments.
While reviewing various case studies you will learn problem solving techniques that will help build confidence and skill in appraising unique and complex property.
