Residential Construction & Inspection

Students will learn the structural components of the
residential building. The course reveals how to recognize
defects and deficiencies in residential construction.

The inspection checklist will be covered, plus
procedures for completing the residential inspection.

Tuition includes the reference book, Principles
of Home Inspection, a $72 value.

Approved by the Virginia Real Estate Appraiser Board
for 15 hours pre-licensing credit.  May also be used for
continuing education.
